When will my letter arrive? I post letters at the end of every month, unless it's a weekend, then it will be the day before. I will always post the notification on my instagram and Facebook page, so you know the deed is done.
Postage is dependent on the country that I send it from and international postage can take from 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the time of year.
If you subscribe before the end of month you will receive that month's letter, after that, the next months.
What if I need to change my address or change my billing info?
Contact me on: missjane@palmertravels.com and I will change or cancel your subscription or change your address details.
Please contact me before the end of month, before I send it out.
What If my letter doesn't arrive?
Mail can take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks to arrive and dependent on the time of the year, so don't worry it's bound to get there. But...... if somehow it fails to appear, let me know at: missjane@palmertravels.com
I will double check your address to make sure and I'll send you a replacement.
Please make sure when you change your address you let me know.
